Thank you for writing this. I feel it too, the onslaught of the collapse even though I am very big on self love. It really hit me last night when we watched the local news here in SLC and they were showing the damaged lung of someone living in our shitty air, that our legislature will do zero about. I thought, I just don’t want to know if I can’t change it. That isn’t true of course, in either case, but I felt hopeless in that moment.
