On October 8 2021, Ceres stations Retrograde at 12° Gemini 8’ until Jan 15 2022 at 27° Taurus 58’.

The dwarf planets journey will travel over the North Node of fate/future impulse twice, once in Gemini and once in Taurus.

I happen to believe that Ceres is one of the defining influences of our time and plan on writing a book about her starting about…. today lol.

Ceres was the Goddess of the grain and partnered by Lily with Mercury in the Roman Dii Consentis, the circle of 12 (twelve, the number of astrological signs and houses) Gods and Goddesses that oversaw the Roman Empire. As the partner of Mercury and as Goddess of the Grain, I consider her to rule Virgo, not Mercury.

Discovered on Jan 1 1801, and named asteroid number 1, Ceres was reclassified as a dwarf planet upon Eris’ discovery in 2006. I believe this actually makes her dwarf planet number 1.

Located just inside the asteroid belt, this makes Ceres a personal planet in my opinion. Ceres is the only newly classified dwarf planet that is not trans Neptunian. Unique in so many ways and astronomers and scientists are still discovering more about this planetary body. But astrologically I believe there’s a great argument for seeing Ceres as the missing great mother archetype in our solar system…
