We truly live in strange times.
I talked about it before in Drowning in Lies, when I was having a bad day.
Yet, I do know that this all has to happen. We are in Nigredo in Alchemical terms. The decomposition or putrefaction.
And Pluto is the great decomposer.
Today the Cancer Moon opposes Pluto at 21˚ Capricorn before squaring a Venus/Eris conjunction at 23˚ Aries.
Pluto is newly at the 21˚ mark for the first time since 1772. Revolution and unrest was brewing back then, as it is now. How apt that the opening speech of yesterday’s March For Our Lives said ‘Welcome to the Revolution’. Unrest and discord is rife as the USA heads towards it’s Pluto return in 2022.
And Eris, Eris is the revealer of artifice and sham. She upset the apple cart by throwing an apple into a gathering of the ‘elites’ to which she was not invited. The apple had the words ‘who is the most beautiful?’ inscribed and this action is said to have indirectly led to the Trojan War. She causes chaos and discord when she isn’t invited to the party.
